By visiting my site, purchasing and/ or commissioning something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). These Terms of Service apply to all users and customers of the site and offered services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using my website and commissioning a bag. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of its services.
Product description and pricing
I make every effort to ensure that my product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, I do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, I reserve the right to correct the error in the invoice for that product.
I do not warrant that all information and guides on the site are correct and error free. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.I reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time but I am under not obligation to update all information. By using this site you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to this site.
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service without notice at any time. I shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of this site’s services.
Color accuracy
I have made every effort to display the colors, patterns and images of my products as accurately as possible. I cannot guarantee that the monitor of your device displays the colors accurately.
Commission & advance payment
By formally agreeing to an invoice from Pocket Frenzy and paying the advance payment, you, the customer, are entering into a contract with Pocket Frenzy to purchase handmade goods. The advance payment is 15% of the full costs.
I reserve the right to hold off on the production until the advance payment and the formal agreement has been received. By transferring the advance payment you agree that the payment will be used for the material and cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details in the invoice and Pocket Frenzy cannot be held liable for any errors in the invoice.
Production
When both your agreement and advance payment have been received by Pocket Frenzy, I will produce the bag with the features and details stated in the invoice. When the bag has been completed, you will receive pictures to verify the correctness of the production.
If the bag has been made with all the correct features and details, Pocket Frenzy cannot be held liable if the bag is not to your liking. Any changes to a finished bag that has been requested from the customer will result in additional charges.
Full payment
In order to receive the bag, the customer has to formally agree to the finished bag and pay the remaining amount. I reserve the right to withhold the bag until the amount has been paid in full and the bag has been approved by you.
If you reject the finished bag you thereby give your agreement to not receive the bag and forfeit any claim you have on it. If the invoice costs have not been received in full three months after sending the final pictures, you will lose any claim on the bag. Any unclaimed bag can be put up for sale.
Shipping
Pocket Frenzy ships via trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location. You can find the shipping details here.
While I carefully package each item, please inspect your purchase upon arrival and notify me within 48 hours of any damage.
Cancellation
Orders and inquiries can be cancelled without costs at any point before the advance payment has been paid. Orders cancelled during active production will only be done at the costs of the advance payment.
Patterns
All bag patterns offered on this website and created during the here offered services are and remain the property of pocket frenzy. Any copying or redistribution of them is strictly forbidden without my express permission.
I reserve the right to re-use, adapt and offer any custom-made patterns created during the services offered in this site.
Limitation of liability
My handmade products are carefully crafted by me, and while I strive for consistency, please understand that slight variations are possible.
I do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of my service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
In no event shall Pocket Frenzy be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct or indirect damages relating to the use or inability to use this website, services or products.
Returns & refunds
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-made items in unused condition. Custom made items are not eligible for return unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, I will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Intellectual property
All content on my website, including but not limited to text, images, and design, is the property of Pocket Frenzy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use any content on our website without my express permission.
Changes to Terms of Service
I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of my website and services following any changes to these terms of service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

In order to make purchases on this site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.

Your submission of personal information through this site and its services will solely be used for communication, logistics and shipping. Your name and email address will be stored in my database with the details of your commission. All other personal details, such as your phone number, address and reference pictures will be treated with care, not be shared with third-parties and deleted upon request when no longer required.
